Job summary

UNIQLO Philippines is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager to plan, lead, and deliver major warehouse and logistics network initiatives in support of the SCM strategy in Cavite. You will own end-to-end projects from RFPs to go-live and stabilization, coordinating with 3PLs, internal functions, and suppliers.

The role requires hands-on project leadership, strong negotiation, and vendor management to ensure on-time, on-budget execution while maintaining asset records, budgets, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-stakeholder projects such as new warehouse launches, relocation or expansion.
• Knowledge of or hands-on experience in RFP preparation, vendor selection, quotation comparison, price negotiation, and contract coordination.
• Ability to independently manage project schedules, budgets, quality, issues, and risks through completion.
• Strong coordination and negotiation skills with 3PL providers, warehouse operators, equipment suppliers, and other partners.
• Must be willing to be on project-based employment under partner agency.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage warehouse and logistics network projects in line with the SCM strategy, including scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk.
• Lead the RFP for the second warehouse, including evaluation and selection of candidate vendors, negotiation of pricing and contract terms, and contract execution.
• After contract award, manage warehouse layout, equipment installation, system integration, operating model design, workforce readiness, inventory transfer, trial operations, go-live, and post-launch stabilization.
• Report project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders and drive timely decision-making and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with internal functions including Logistics, Procurement, Legal, Finance, IT, and Store Operations; liaise with 3PL providers and equipment suppliers.
