Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation in Quezon City, Philippines, seeks a Supply Chain Effectiveness Transportation Solutions Specialist (Warehouse). You will lead warehouse design, CAPEX planning, and project implementation to support FG, RM, and PM storage and handling.

Responsibilities include designing layouts, coordinating with procurement and operations, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance throughout start-up and handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse design, logistics engineering, or related projects.
• Experience with racking systems, MHE selection, layout design, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design warehouse concepts, layouts, and storage configurations for FG, RM, and PM.
• Plan CAPEX, budgets, and cost analyses for warehouse projects.
• Lead project implementation from design approval to start-up and handover.
• Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, and operations teams.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Define requirements for warehouse peripherals, including RFID/barcoding and hardware.
