The Senior Procurement Manager is responsible for supporting procurement strategy and operations within UNIQLO Philippines. This role will handle sourcing, accreditation, negotiation and managing relationship with external suppliers.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Managing indirect procurement, including purchasing of goods, services and materials needed for daily Store and HQ operations.

• Creating RFQs and overseeing competitive bidding of each Departments.

• Evaluating and strategic sourcing of potential suppliers.

• Negotiating contract with suppliers to secure best deals and terms.

• Collaborate with each Department to ensure compliance with Company and Procurement Policy.

• Tracking of KPIs and ROIs to evaluate efficiency of company investment.

• Analyze Procurement data, conduct spend analysis and prepare reports.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards and laws from local and global market.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
