Job summary

Readyman, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Laguna to oversee daily warehouse activities. You will supervise staff, plan receiving, storage, picking, packing, loading and dispatch operations, and ensure accurate stock records.

Responsibilities include KPI monitoring, safety compliance, staff training, coordinating with purchasing and logistics, and driving continuous improvements to reduce errors and costs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse employees.
• Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, loading, and dispatch operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
• Conduct and support cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
• Assign tasks and schedules to warehouse staff based on operational requirements.
• Monitor employee performance, productivity, attendance, and adherence to procedures.
• Train and coach employees on warehouse processes, equipment, and safety requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and company policies.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and shipping or receiving errors.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and proper storage practices.
• Coordinate with purchasing, transportation, production, customer service, and other departments.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and prepare operational reports for management.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce errors, and control operational costs.
• Ensure forklifts, material-handling equipment, and warehouse facilities are used safely and properly maintained.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of warehouse procedures.
