• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field required.
• At least 3 years in trust, risk management, compliance, or internal audit.
• CTP or TIFP program completion is a plus.
• Strong risk awareness and ability to develop practical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accreditation of investment outlets and renewals for TAMG.
• Prepare risk and limit monitoring reports and compliance metrics.
• Escalate breaches and coordinate regulatory, audit, and compliance activities.
• Assist in policy development and process improvements.
• Support Trust Committee governance activities and board materials.
• Represent TAMG in meetings and stakeholder engagements.
