Globe Telecom, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to oversee the development and implementation of business processes that meet identified needs, coordinating resources and ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery. The role involves selecting predictive or adaptive methodologies based on project context and scope.

You will lead a team of project managers, drive requirement gathering, and maintain detailed plans and documentation to support operations and training across programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a standard approach for project management
• Start up and initiate project and manage stakeholder engagement
• Develop & maintain project plan, manage project resources/work packages
• Monitor & control projects and manage project quality & risks
• Close a project or iteration
• Develop detailed resource support/technical/operational specs & manuals
• Identify & develop required processes & procedures for resources
• Develop service & operational agreements for resources
• Gain service & operational agreements approval for resources
• Produce supporting documentation & training packages for resources
• Manage resource process & procedure implementation
• Manage resource operational staff training
• Develop resource Supplier/Partner Operational support
• Manage resource acceptance testing
• Manage resource capability delivery and ensure capability quality
• Configure, implement, activate resources
• Lead a functional team of project managers
