Job summary

Glia, the leading Banking AI platform, seeks a Technical Account Manager to ensure client success by collaborating with Customer Success Managers and Solutions Architects. You will serve as the primary technical resource for a focused portfolio of strategic accounts, driving platform utilization and technical optimization.

You will support a Mexico-based team while coordinating with US-based customers, building deep technical partnerships and delivering measurable outcomes from day one.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical consulting or client-facing technical roles.
• CCaaS expertise and SIP is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of software and front-end development concepts.
• Proven problem-solving skills with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written; able to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Drive platform adoption and growth through Account Team collaboration.
• Build strategic relationships with customer IT teams and internal stakeholders.
• Lead complex troubleshooting and provide proactive technical guidance.
• Monitor integrations and security configurations; manage risk.
• Design efficient configurations and routing strategies; analyze metrics.
