Aprio, a Top 20 CPA and advisory firm, seeks a Resource Manager in the Philippines with hybrid setup, at Clark or Makati. You will align workforce capacity with engagement demand, lead staffing and forecasting, and drive data-driven decisions to optimize utilization and client service.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Operations, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Tax resource management, workforce planning or staffing.
• Experience managing resource allocation, capacity planning, utilization and forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret workforce and performance data.
• Experience with workforce management, scheduling, and reporting tools.
• Influence stakeholders, balance priorities, and resolve staffing conflicts.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and teamwork skills.
• Work setup: Hybrid – Initial 2 months onsite, then 2 days onsite / 3 days WFH.
• Work location: Clark or Makati sites.

Aufgaben

• Allocate resources based on skills, experience, availability, timing and engagement needs.
• Partner with leaders to balance workloads and align staffing with client commitments.
• Monitor capacity, utilization, leverage, forecast accuracy; identify risks and improvements.
• Resolve staffing conflicts, urgent needs, delays, and schedule changes.
• Maintain resource plans, schedules, skills inventories, and workforce data.
• Lead recurring alignment meetings focused on supply, demand and forecasting.
• Manage workforce forecasting and capacity planning for future demand.
• Coordinate cross-pod, onshore, offshore, outsourced staffing activities.
• Oversee preparation pools and unassigned-work queues for timely staffing.
• Support adoption of workforce planning processes and reporting tools.
