Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; CPA license is highly preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant tax experience, preferably in a Tax Manager or similar managerial role.
• Deep technical knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR regulations, and LGU registration and compliance requirements.
• Proven track record in tax compliance, strategic planning, tax advisory, and handling BIR audits or investigations (reconciliations and position papers).
• Experience supporting business development projects, tax due diligence, M&A, and asset acquisition tax structures.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on fostering collaboration and continuous workflow improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and accounting or tax management systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with high integrity and detail orientation.

Aufgaben

• Deliver end-to-end tax compliance, advisory, and planning aligned with Philippine tax laws.
• Lead tax examinations and BIR audits (preparing reconciliations and position papers).
• Formulate tax policies and assist in annual tax budgeting.
• Drive accounting process improvements to minimize tax leakage while providing leadership to the tax team.
