Job summary

Majorel Philippines Corp. is seeking a proactive Recruiter to plan, coordinate and conduct sourcing, screening and selection activities for assigned areas. You will ensure posting compliance, manage logs, and deliver a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent; college or related experience preferred.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and implement work without supervision.
• Excellent communication skills - speaking, listening and written.
• Strong knowledge of the recruiting function including compliance guidelines.
• Ability to build effective relationships with clients, internal and external customers.
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure or tight time constraints.
• High sense of urgency and results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develops job announcements, advertisements and other documents to generate applicant pools.
• Ensures all jobs are posted in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintains applicant logs in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Identifies sourcing channels sufficient to supply candidate flow.
• Sources sufficient pools of candidates to meet hiring needs.
• Screens candidates in accordance with company and applicable regulations.
• Supplies a pool of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Follows through on all candidates and appropriately makes disposition decisions.
• Prepares and delivers offer letters, employment contracts or letters of elimination.
• Conducts post-offer screenings including reference checks, background checks and regulatory requirements.
• Clears candidates for hire and communicates with candidates through start date.
• Coordinates with HR/Manager regarding start date.
• Owns the function from sourcing through on-boarding.
• Maintains files per standards for advertising docs, applicant records and screenings.
• May attend job fairs and community events for exposure.
• Monitors and suggests new policies and practices within area of responsibility.
• Maintains relationships with Operations/Business Units.
• Develops innovative solutions and implements them.
• Prepares reports for management and clients.
• Engages in conflict resolution to sustain relationships.
