Job summary

CITADEL seeks a Talent and Learning Specialist to identify training needs and design engaging learning programs. This role involves evaluating the effectiveness of training and using Learning Management Systems (LMS) to enhance employee development initiatives.

With a collaborative approach, the Specialist will partner with HR teams and external vendors to align learning programs with overall business goals. A Bachelor’s degree and 5 years' experience in learning & development are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning & development, with exposure to talent management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Passion for driving learning and development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify training needs.
• Support the design and implementation of learning interventions.
• Facilitate in-person or remote learning sessions.
• Monitor and evaluate learning programs' effectiveness.
• Manage learning management systems and digital tools.
