Job summary

Infinit-O in Manila is seeking a Talent Development Lead/Manager to design, build, and scale the learning strategy aligned with business priorities. You will own the vision for capability building, leadership development, and a culture of continuous learning.

You will lead design, development, and deployment of training modules, partnering with senior leadership to translate financial services needs into interactive learning experiences, across multi-site teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in L&D management, preferably in financial services.
• Strong understanding of concepts, products and processes in the financial services industry.
• Proven experience designing and delivering training programs for financial services teams.
• Expertise in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable L&D strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own the team-wide L&D strategy, aligning learning priorities with organizational goals, and act as a strategic partner to the senior leadership team.
• Lead and oversee needs analysis, design, development, delivery and evaluation of learning and development programs, workshops, and initiatives aligned with the team’s goals.
• Create advanced learning portfolios, transitioning from static presentations to interactive, learning strategies, and source program materials including e-learn, manuals, videos, and presentations.
• Establish learning metrics and analytics to demonstrate program effectiveness and champion a culture of continuous learning.
