Job summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Talent Acquisition team. This role coordinates interviews, manages complex scheduling, and maintains accurate candidate records to ensure a seamless candidate experience across the recruitment process.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting U.S.-based recruitment teams, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Recruitment Coordination or Talent Acquisition Operations.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based recruiters or teams.
• Strong calendar management with multiple stakeholders across time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels.
• Manage high-volume interview calendars across multiple calendars and time zones.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure data completeness.
• Support candidate communications, follow-ups and offer coordination as needed.
• Provide recruitment reporting and support to improve scheduling workflows.
