Job summary

Avon Philippines is seeking a Supply Planning Specialist to ensure availability of products when and where needed. You’ll balance demand, inventory, service levels and costs while collaborating with planning, procurement, manufacturing, quality, distribution, marketing and sales teams.

In this role, you’ll develop supply plans, respond to changing demand trends and maintain smooth product flow across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a supply chain environment (planning, procurement, inventory, or logistics).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across functions and cultures.
• Knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
• Familiarity with new product development and risk assessment is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office apps.

Responsibilities

• Develop finished goods supply plans to meet service, inventory, and cost targets.
• Create mid- to long-term production and capacity plans, including contract manufacturing support.
• Collaborate with Materials Planning, Export Planning, Production and Distribution teams for on-time delivery.
• Run order simulations and evaluate supply scenarios based on demand patterns and market trends.
• Analyze inventory performance and supply chain trends to aid decisions.
• Identify supply risks and capacity constraints, escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain planning system accuracy and support continuous improvement projects.
• Work with Marketing to manage inventory risks and support product lifecycle planning.
