Job summary

Benby Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a proactive Demand & Supply Planner in Banawe, Quezon City to balance demand forecasts and supply plans across multiple DCs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in Demand & Supply Planning, Buying, or Procurement.
• Experience in inventory management across multiple DCs and coordinating with suppliers/principals.
• Ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Warehouse, and other teams.
• Proficient in Excel with Pivot and VLOOKUP capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts and supply plans with cross-functional teams.
• Identify demand uncertainties and risks; propose mitigation and optimization options.
• Lead S&OP meetings to present supply status and recovery plans for assigned brands.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels across DCs to meet service targets while reducing excess stock.
• Track inventory aging to minimize warehouse backorders and ensure product freshness.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in Demand & Supply Planning, Buying, or Procurement

• Familiar with inventory management across multiple DCs and coordination with suppliers/principals

• Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Warehouse, etc.)

• Proficient in Excel; strong analytical and presentation skills. Knows how to navigate Pivot and Vlookup.

• Inquisitive, adaptable, and open to learning beyond core planning responsibilities must be willing to work in a hybrid setup (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite) in Banawe, Quezon City.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts and supply plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

• Identify and articulate demand uncertainties, business risks, and exposures. Provide strategic options to mitigate risks and optimize inventory, replenishment, and supply plans.

• Lead presentations on supply status, challenges, and recovery plans during S&OP meetings for assigned brands.

• Ensure optimal inventory levels across all Distribution Centers (DCs) to support target customer service levels while minimizing excess stock.

• Regularly track and flag inventory aging to minimize warehouse BOs and ensure product freshness.
