The role focuses on improving forecast accuracy, replenishment planning, and inventory optimization, working with cross-functional teams to enhance service value and reduce stockouts and obsolescence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in demand planning or inventory management.
• Strong forecasting, replenishment planning, and inventory optimization knowledge.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management for cross-functional work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain on-shelf availability for assigned subcategories and optimize stock levels.
• Improve supply chain processes for efficiency and service value.
• Maintain forecast accuracy in auto-replenishment or ordering tools for own brands.
• Maintain optimal inventory, target stock weeks cover, and reduce slow-moving stocks.
• Drive team performance and coordinate demand planning activities in line with ROS.
