The role requires 3–5 years in project management or related fields, with strong planning, risk and change management skills, and familiarity with PMBOK/Agile. Hybrid work setup in Quezon City is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, supply chain, manufacturing, operations excellence, or business process improvement.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, or supply chain environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of PMBOK, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Strong project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, and change management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project (or equivalent), Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Lean Six Sigma, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Green Belt certification is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SCM projects, including factory expansion, automation, digital transformation, and cost improvement initiatives.
• Develop project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, resource requirements, risk management, and communication strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and provide regular updates to SCMG Leadership and Executive Management.
• Conduct feasibility studies, business case development, and cost-benefit analysis to support investment decisions.
• Drive change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.
• Establish project management standards, maintain project documentation, and promote continuous improvement across SCMG.
