Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Process Improvement/Industrial Engineering lead to drive CI projects from planning to completion, delivering measurable cost savings and productivity gains.

You will oversee studies, apply Lean, Six Sigma and IE methods, partner with business units, coach CI Specialists, and ensure compliance with HR policies and workplace safety while supporting a hybrid work setup in Quezon City.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in Process Improvement or Industrial Engineering with project leadership experience.
• BS Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and/or equivalent project management tools.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Leads Continuous Improvement (CI) projects from planning to completion, delivering measurable cost savings and productivity improvements.
• Oversees process studies and drives the effective application of Lean, Six Sigma, Industrial Engineering (IE), and other CI methodologies.
• Partners with business units to identify high-impact improvement opportunities, review project proposals, and validate analyses and recommendations.
• Sets team goals aligned with company objectives while providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development for CI Specialists.
• Fosters a collaborative, high-performance culture and ensures compliance with HR policies, labor standards, and workplace safety requirements.
• Represents the department in cross-functional initiatives, committees, and company-wide engagement activities.
• Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
