Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, supply chain, commercialization, or a related function.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and cross-functional project execution.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different business functions.
• Strong project planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercialization of in-market Innovation and Promotional projects.
• Serve as the point of contact for tracking and reporting project status, milestones, and progress.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) execution.
• Identify project risks, conduct risk assessments, and develop mitigation plans.
• Escalate project issues to Supply Chain leadership for resolution.
• Facilitate weekly/biweekly project meetings and ensure clear communication.
• Collaborate with Business & Innovation, Commercial, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain teams.
• Coordinate local pack development, volume allocations, quality requirements, and regulatory/FDA approval status.
• Manage Master Data setup requirements for new GMIDs.
• Provide regular project updates during Interlock and Country Monthly Performance Review meetings.
• Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, procedures, and guidelines.
• Identify compliance gaps and establish CAPA plans.
