Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Supply Chain Planning professional to ensure the right quantity of products arrives at the right place and time. You will coordinate with SG/US Planning, Procurement, Marketing, and other cross-functional partners to optimize inventory levels and service levels.

The role involves analyzing planning data, maintaining ERP parameters, and managing supplier performance to sustain uninterrupted supply.

Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in supply planning, supplier management, inventory planning/reduction, replenishment processes, or related roles.
Knowledge of S&OP cycle, cross-functional collaboration and solid understanding of supply chain planning principles.
Experience with contract manufacturers or external suppliers is preferred.
Experience with supply chain planning systems such as ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis, Oracle) or advanced planning tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute supply plans to balance customer demand, inventory, and product availability.
Monitor inventory, material availability, and supply risks, taking proactive action to address issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SG/US Planning, Procurement, Marketing, and other cross-functional partners.
Manage supplier and contract manufacturer performance to ensure continuity of supply.
Maintains accurate planning data and parameters in ERP and supply planning systems.
