Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a Head of Supply Chain & Operations in Taguig with a hybrid, dayshift schedule. The role leads end-to-end supply chain strategy, budget management, and multi-PL governance across digital channels.

You will mentor senior leaders, manage 3PL partnerships, and drive tech implementations like WMS/OMS, enabling faster market launches and optimized warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years total experience in supply chain/operations/logistics.
• 5–7 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Experience in e-commerce, social commerce, or FMCG ecosystems.
• Ownership of multi-million operations budgets or direct P&L responsibilities.
• End-to-end expertise across demand/supply planning, warehousing, fulfillment, logistics, and vendor governance.
• Hands-on familiarity with WMS, OMS, and process automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain and operations strategy, financial management, budget execution, and operational P&L.
• Direct demand and supply planning, inventory health, capacity management, and service-level performance across digital channels.
• Lead, mentor, and build high-performing leaders, directly managing key managers and leads across planning and operations teams.
• Manage strategic 3PL partners and vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, sourcing, and performance governance.
• Drive supply chain technology implementation and digital transformations, optimizing WMS, OMS, and warehouse automation systems.
• Lead operational scaling projects for new market launches, brand onboarding, platform integrations, and warehouse expansions.
• Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Brand, Finance, and Regional Leadership to align operational execution with business growth goals.
