JATHNIER CORPORATION in the Philippines is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to develop and manage supply chain strategies, processes, and operations across procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics.

You will monitor purchasing, inventory, warehousing, and logistics activities; coordinate with suppliers and internal departments; evaluate supplier performance and costs; drive cost reductions; ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations; and prepare reports and performance

Responsibilities

Develop and manage supply chain strategies, processes, and operations across procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics.
Monitor purchasing, inventory, warehousing, and logistics activities.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and supplies.
Maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize shortages, overstock, and wastage.
Coordinate with suppliers, purchasing teams, warehouse, production, and operations departments.
Evaluate supplier performance, costs, quality, and delivery reliability.
Monitor supply chain costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
Analyze demand, inventory movement, and supply requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and applicable regulations.
Prepare and present supply chain reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Lead and develop supply chain personnel to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Resolve supply, delivery, inventory, and logistics issues promptly.
