Job summary

JOLLIANT RNN CORP. in the Philippines seeks a procurement professional to manage supplier relations, negotiate terms, and handle purchasing processes.

You will create purchase orders for food items in the IBAS ERP system, coordinate deliveries, follow up on undelivered orders, and evaluate supplier performance quarterly. The role requires a 4-year business management degree and 1–3 years in procurement, with food industry experience preferred; work is Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm, compressed time.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year course related to Business Management.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and assisting existing and new suppliers such as Walk-in supplier, email and on call.
• Creating purchase order for Food items such as prices, quantity and delivery date in ERP (IBAS system) as well as for Apollo Farm.
• Follow up undelivered purchase orders.
• Evaluate Supplier performance quarterly.
• Coordinate supplier returns for replacement or deductions.
• Coordinate delivered PJC raw materials.
• Submit DR, S.I. and RR for PJC raw materials to accounting
• Filing and maintaining of procurement records for future reference. (FG specs, raw material specs and SPP)
