Job summary

Prime Infra in Batangas City is seeking a Supply Chain Manager who leads end-to-end procurement, sourcing, contracting, logistics, and inventory to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or Finance.
• At least five years of progressive supply chain, procurement, sourcing, contract management, or logistics experience.
• Experience leading complex commercial activities with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong working knowledge of strategic sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and cost analysis.
• Proficiency in SAP or Oracle, Microsoft 365, dashboards, and digital procurement workflows.
• CPSM, CSCP, CIPS, or another relevant professional certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category, sourcing, and procurement strategies aligned with approved business, project, operational, and budget requirements.
• Lead supplier qualification, accreditation, performance evaluation, and relationship management, including corrective action and continuous-improvement plans.
• Monitor supplier compliance with contractual, ethical, HSE, sustainability, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Finance, Sustainability, Legal, and project teams to align priorities and execute supply chain initiatives.
• Use ERP, spend analytics, contract repositories, and performance dashboards to improve visibility, control, and decision-making.
