Job summary

Capital Industries, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee planning, directing, and controlling procurement activities in Antipolo. This role requires analyzing market conditions, optimizing material availability, and maintaining ethical supplier relationships.

The ideal candidate will design and monitor procurement reporting systems, recruit reliable suppliers, and negotiate favorable terms to maximize profitability and ensure operational continuity.

Qualifications

• Experience managing supply chain operations.
• Experience using supply chain management software and tools, including Oracle, SAP, and/or Envision is an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
• Proficient in forecasting demand, inventory, and supply chain needs to ensure operational continuity.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of using data-driven decision-making to optimize logistics and reduce risks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
• Management and leadership skills.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, directs, and controls activities related to the procurement function.
• Continuously evaluates market, delivery and pricing to determine present and future material availability to maximize profitability.
• Designs, implements, manages, and monitors procurement reporting systems to meet company requirements.
• Assigns procurement requests to the appropriate personnel.
• Recruits and maintains suppliers that provide high-quality products an services at a better price while maintaining the highest code of ethics and conduct.
• Sources, Negotiates or supervises the negotiation of complex requests for equipment, supplies, and services from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Procures all necessary raw materials, tools, machinery, delivery trucks, needed for production or daily operation of the Company prepares and issues purchase orders and change notices.
• And other duties that may be assigned as needed.
