Job summary

TRT is seeking a Logistics/Procurement Coordinator in the Philippines to coordinate supplier deliveries, manage inventory, and oversee procurement from vendor selection to ordering. You will keep accurate transaction records and collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand.

Additionally, you will monitor supplier performance, ensure compliance with policies, liaise with customs authorities, and provide timely shipment updates while delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in logistics or procurement preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other office software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of IT equipment and services, including managing inventory levels and stock reconciliations.
• Oversee procurement process from vendor selection and evaluation to quoting and ordering.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and forecast demand with internal teams.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure cost-efficient supply chain operations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customs authorities and act as liaison with customs agencies.
• Coordinate between internal and external customers and customs to meet service commitments.
• Provide guidance to departments regarding overseas activities and report shipment status to clients.
