MGEN Thermal Energy Inc. is seeking a Supplier Base and Contracts Specialist to manage end-to-end supplier and contract processes across procurement governance.

You will onboard, accredit, monitor performance, renewals and offboarding while ensuring compliance with corporate and power-sector standards. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in contract management, procurement governance, supplier accreditation or vendor management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word; knowledge of Maximo or similar procurement systems.
• Experience handling supplier data, governance and compliance with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full contract lifecycle from intake to closeout with compliance and documentation.
• Coordinate contract drafting, legal review, negotiations, approvals and execution.
• Monitor obligations, renewals, expirations, terminations and bond compliance.
• Manage supplier lifecycle from onboarding to accreditation, risk due diligence and master data coordination.
• Maintain audit-ready records and support governance reporting and evidence collection.
• Support maturity programs, roadshows and supplier-management initiatives.
