Job summary

Mastercard in Manila is seeking an Analyst/Senior Staffing Analyst to join the Advisors & Client Services team. You will partner with cluster leaders, PMs and squad leads to ensure staffing aligns with strategy and client needs.

This role requires data‑driven decision making, a strong partnership mindset and Agile experience to optimize utilization, support development, and deliver high‑quality outcomes for a global client base.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in professional services or a similar staffing role.
• Strong partnership skills with Client Service teams.
• Solid business acumen to optimize resource utilization.
• Commitment to staff well-being and development.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities as part of a global staffing team.

Responsibilities

• Process cluster-level staffing needs and coordinate prioritization across product lines.
• Assign resources to client engagements using predefined criteria to maximize utilization.
• Manage internal system settings through the engagement lifecycle.
• Aggregate regional utilization indicators and track capacity, leaves, relocations.
• Collaborate with squad leads and people managers to translate performance feedback into opportunities.
