The role focuses on developing insights, strategies, and operating models to address complex payments challenges and advance Mastercard Advisors' thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification; advanced degree or MBA preferred
• Proven consulting experience at a top-rated firm or equivalent business management experience
• Professional level English language capability is required
• Strong analytical, interpretive and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into concise recommendations
• Strong presence & communication skills – both interpersonal & written
• Excellent client management & engagement management skills
• Proven team player with ability to work across levels in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop insights and recommendations for clients
• Develop strategies and programs for regional and global clients
• Play a key role in driving a world beyond cash
• For small to medium engagements, assume overall project management responsibilities
