You will drive complex negotiations, shape RFQ-to-PO processes, and partner with Engineering, Operations and Finance to align supplier strategies with business goals. The role requires data-driven analysis, KPI tracking, and the creation of clear presentations to inform executive decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex negotiations for strategic procurement.
• Ability to collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Finance and Quality teams.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and supplier performance improvement.
• Experience managing supplier base and conducting RFQ–PO cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct complex commercial negotiations for assigned commodities.
• Co-develop sourcing requirements with internal customers from RFQ to PO.
• Own end-to-end supplier selection, evaluation, and onboarding.
• Lead cross-functional projects with stakeholders from multiple functions.
• Gather, analyze, and present data insights to inform decisions.
• Maintain and review approved supplier base and pricing master data.
• Develop commodity strategies and KPIs with stakeholders.
• Drive supplier performance improvements and corrective actions as needed.
• Create clear procurement reports and dashboards.
