Responsibilities

• Lead complex negotiations for assigned commodities and drive cost, quality, and delivery outcomes.
• Co-develop sourcing requirements with internal customers from RFQ to PR-to-PO.
• Own end-to-end supplier selection, evaluation, onboarding.
• Lead cross-functional projects with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Quality.
• Develop data insights and present them clearly to stakeholders.
• Ensure supplier base data integrity for pricing and master data.
• Develop commodity strategies with stakeholders and translate into actionable plans.
• Drive supplier performance improvements with corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare procurement and performance reports as required.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Policy.
