• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain quality products and services at competitive prices.
• Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and other procurement-related documents.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with concerned departments to ensure timely procurement of materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Identify and accredit reliable vendors and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers.
• Compare and analyze quotations, proposals, and supplier performance to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with company requirements.
• Coordinate the delivery of purchased items and ensure that orders are received accurately and on schedule.
• Verify procurement transactions and ensure that all purchases comply with company policies, procedures, and budget requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, supplier information, and procurement activities.
• Resolve issues related to supplier performance, delivery delays, product quality, and discrepancies in orders.
• Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and recommendations for management review.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and sourcing opportunities to support strategic purchasing decisions.
• Perform other procurement and administrative duties as may be assigned by management from time to time.
