Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a strategic sourcing, procurement or supply chain role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive fact-based decisions
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of procurement best practices, including sourcing methodologies, supplier relationship management and contract management
• Proficiency in using procurement and supply chain software and data analytics tools
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as supply chain management, business or economics
• Proven experience in food and beverage or retail industry
• Open to work onsite in Makati

This is a full-time position responsible for developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives to drive cost savings, quality improvements and supply chain optimisation for our non-food procurement needs.
