Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting a Manager, Strategic Sourcing for Manila, Philippines. The role ensures delivery of strategic sourcing plans, contract negotiation, and supplier management within Global Services and DePuy Synthes frameworks.

You will lead a team, drive process improvements, and collaborate across Finance, Legal, Compliance, and IT to optimize cost, quality, and service levels. Hybrid work with regional hours is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent university degree is required.
• MBA or another advanced degree is preferred.
• 6–8 years of Procurement, Finance, or other relevant business experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a team of individual contributors and/or supervisors with performance coaching and succession planning.
• Oversee day-to-day Procurement Operations and Source-to-Contract services including sourcing, negotiation, contract drafting, and supplier onboarding.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to improve profitability using market intelligence and total-cost projections.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, data privacy, quality, and delegated authorities; partner with cross-functional teams.
• Drive continuous improvements in user and supplier experience and document automation opportunities.
