Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine invites a senior finance professional to lead Procurement Accounting within Global Services Finance. You will manage daily accounting, closures, and controls, partnering across regions and functions to drive process excellence.

Ideal candidates have 6–8 years in shared services, strong SAP and GAAP knowledge, and a proven ability to develop teams while navigating a hybrid setup in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• CPA, CMA, MBA and/or other financial certifications preferred.
• 6–8 years of professional experience in finance/shared services.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP and GAAP knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Execute accounting and daily operations for the Procurement Accounting process area.
• Ensure timely closing and adherence to SOX and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of actuals within scope.
• Lead a team of associates and drive process standardization globally.
• Support internal/external audits and respond to inquiries.
• Promote continuous improvement and strong internal controls.
