Job summary

Philcement Corporation in Makati is seeking a Procurement Officer to join our Supply Chain team and lead strategic sourcing activities for assigned categories. You will manage end-to-end sourcing, build supplier partnerships, and drive cost-saving opportunities.

You will negotiate terms, ensure compliant procurement, and coordinate with Plant, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Logistics to align with business needs. Onsite role in Rockwell, Makati City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in Procurement or Purchasing.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office applications.
• Certification in Procurement or related field is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite in Rockwell, Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end sourcing process, from RFQ issuance and bid evaluation to negotiation and contract awarding.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies that achieve competitive pricing, quality, and supply continuity.
• Conduct spend analysis and identify cost-saving and category improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Plant, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Logistics to align procurement activities with business requirements.
• Manage supplier accreditation and performance evaluation, ensuring compliance with required documentation and company standards.
• Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, terms, and other procurement requirements.
• Prepare and maintain bid tabulations, sourcing documents, and other records to ensure audit readiness.
• Ensure compliance with company Sourcing and Procurement Policies, approval processes, and applicable requirements.
• Participate in operational meetings and plant visits as needed to align procurement plans with actual business and operational needs.
