Job summary

FrieslandCampina seeks a Source-to-Contract Specialist in Makati City to drive sourcing performance and manage contract lifecycles. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver efficient, compliant procurement solutions.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3 years of experience in sourcing, and expertise in e-sourcing platforms. Key responsibilities include executing sourcing strategies, managing contracts, and driving digital adoption within procurement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or S2C roles.
• End-to-end understanding of Marketing/Professional Services category is an advantage.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong learning agility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing calendars using tools like Ariba and Keelvar.
• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance.
• Own and track key KPIs for sourcing performance and contract coverage.

Skills

Strong expertise in RFx processes and e-sourcing platforms (Ariba, Coupa, Keelvar)

Analytical thinking and ability to generate insights

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

High level of digital and data literacy (Power BI or similar tools)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field
