Job summary

FrieslandCampina is seeking a Source-to-Contract (S2C) Buyer in the Philippines to drive sourcing activities, lifecycle management, and content definition for local categories. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage digital tools to deliver compliant, cost-efficient procurement solutions.

You will manage strategic sourcing, contract compliance, and analytics while promoting continuous improvement and digital adoption across S2C processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or S2C roles.
• Strong expertise in RFx processes and e-sourcing platforms (Ariba, Coupa, Keelvar).
• English fluency and excellent communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset with Power BI or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute S2C sourcing calendars and strategies.
• Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle management and compliance.
• Own KPIs and conduct data-driven analyses to improve outcomes.

The Source-to-Contract (S2C) Buyer is responsible for sourcing execution, contract lifecycle management and content definition for category that are under local scope. The Source-to-Contract (S2C) Buyer reports to the Manager S2C Asia. This includes Plan, Sourcing execution, Legal Contract Life Cycle Management, Content Definition, Compliance and Internal Control, Issue Management, Project support, Continuous Improvement.

We are looking for a Source-to-Contract (S2C) Specialist / Procurement Specialist who will play a key role in driving sourcing performance, digital adoption, and process improvement across the organization.

In this role, you will lead sourcing activities, manage contract lifecycles, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver cost-efficient, compliant, and data-driven procurement solutions.

What you’ll do:

Strategic Sourcing & Execution

• Develop and execute sourcing calendars using tools such as Ariba, Keelvar, and RFx platforms
• Lead sourcing events and ensure alignment with business requirements
• Define sourcing strategies and ensure the right content and approach are applied

Contract Management & Compliance

• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, including creation, maintenance, and compliance
• Ensure strong contract coverage and adherence to procurement policies

Performance & Analytics

• Own and track key KPIs (sourcing performance, contract coverage, PO rate, touchless PO, blocked invoices)
• Conduct complex analysis and generate actionable insights to improve outcomes
• Leverage tools like Power BI, Copilot, and analytics platforms to drive data-driven decisions

Stakeholder & Project Management

• Act as the main S2C point of contact for local stakeholders
• Collaborate with global, regional, and local procurement teams, as well as Legal and business users
• Support local procurement initiatives and cross-functional projects

Continuous Improvement & Digitalization

• Drive vendor reduction, standardization, and automation initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency
• Promote digital adoption and advanced sourcing methodologies

Knowledge Sharing & Leadership

• Provide guidance and share expertise with junior team members
• Promote best practices in sourcing and contract management

What We Ask

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or S2C roles
• Strong expertise in RFx processes and e-sourcing platforms (Ariba, Coupa, Keelvar)
• End-to-end understanding of Marketing/Professional Services category is an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to generate insights from data
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High level of digital and data literacy (Power BI or similar tools)
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong learning agility
• Fluent in English
