Job summary

SAP is seeking a Solution Account Lead (SAL) to drive LoB cloud revenue, customer success, and adoption of innovations including AI. This role requires strategic leadership, deep SAP expertise, and the ability to manage executive relationships across large accounts.

The SAL will own account strategy, shape transformation roadmaps, and collaborate with sales, product, and partners to deliver measurable business value and growth for the LoB and the One SAP strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B enterprise sales, account management or consulting
• Experience influencing C-suite and key stakeholders
• Deep SAP, AI, and cloud solution domain knowledge

Responsibilities

• Own LoB deal cycles, renewals, and executive engagement.
• Lead end-to-end solution selling and value-based discussions.
• Drive go-to-market, product adoption, and roadmap alignment with customers.
• Collaborate with partner ecosystem to co-innovate and expand opportunities.
• Negotiate complex pricing and contract terms while maintaining profitability.
