Job summary

Deloitte Southeast Asia is seeking an experienced SAP lead to drive growth in the SAP practice across the region. You will be responsible for the creation, sale and delivery of SAP solutions, including functional and technical design, development, and transformation initiatives.

The role involves engaging clients in workshops, advising on leading practices, and guiding multi-disciplinary teams through implementation cycles, training, and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• Honours degree in IT/IS/Business/Engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodology.
• 3–6 years in PS module with end-to-end implementations.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in workshops to analyze process and reporting requirements.
• Advise on SAP best practices and standard processes.
• Design target state SAP solutions and influence adoption of leading practices.
• Lead implementation through planning, testing, migration, and cutover.
• Develop training materials and support users post go-live.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and teams.
