NUSTAR Resort in Cebu City is seeking a Programs, Events & Promotions coordinator on a probationary basis. The role focuses on planning and delivering multiple events on the same timeline, with emphasis on quality results and client expectations.

You will liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders, manage all event setup and teardown, monitor budgets, and perform related tasks to ensure seamless experiences for guests and guests engagement in a hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Hosting is a plus.
• Pleasing personality.
• With experience in Marketing, Advertising, Hospitality, Sales, Integrated Resort or any related fields.
• Basic to intermediate verbal and written English communication expertise.
• Basic coordination and liaising expertise.
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to manage different projects with the same timeline and to produce quality results.
• Basic hosting experience is a plus.
• Able to speak Cebuano is a plus.
