Job summary

Rephil Station Inc. is seeking a Site Development Officer in Cebu City to identify and evaluate potential sites for business expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Preferably with experience in permits processing, government transactions, site development, real estate, or administrative coordination.
• Knowledgeable in LGU and government permitting requirements.
• Strong coordination and communication skills, particularly when dealing with government offices and external stakeholders.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong document management skills.
• Able to monitor multiple deadlines and requirements simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and coordinate with various LGUs and government agencies.
• Reliable, proactive, and capable of resolving documentation and permitting concerns promptly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central receiver and custodian of documents and requirements for new stations.
• Coordinate with LGUs, government agencies, and internal departments regarding station requirements.
• Prepare and process Cash Advances and payments related to permits and government requirements.
• Attend and document site inspections conducted by the Engineering and Permits teams.
• Assist in securing required documents, including: DPWH Clearance, Zoning Certificates and related forms, Mayor’s LOI, OBO documents and forms, CTC of TCT
• Maintain updated contact information of LGU and government agency representatives.
• Coordinate with Permits, Stations, Engineering, and other concerned departments regarding new station requirements.
• Monitor LGU requirements, application status, deadlines, renewals, and other permitting milestones.
• Ensure all required documents are complete, accurate, updated, and submitted on time.
• Monitor the permitting status and opening timeline of new stations and promptly address issues that may cause delays.
• Provide regular updates on permit status, regulatory changes, potential delays, and budget implications.
• Coordinate annually with existing lessors to secure updated documents required for business permit renewal, including lessor permits and real property tax documents.
• Organize, maintain, and properly file all permits, government documents, and station requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
