Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree course.
• At least 1 year of experience in leasing or business development, preferably in a gas station.
• Experience in handling sites expansion from site assessment/sourcing, negotiation of the lease terms and conditions with the lessors up to processing the Lease Contracts.
• Can work with minimal supervision.
• Resourceful, committed and reliable to deliver positive results.
