Job summary

JTI is seeking a Procurement Cluster Category Manager for Services in North America to drive indirect procurement strategies across General & Professional services and IT, aligning global objectives with local market needs. You will lead a 3-person category team and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver value.

You will develop innovative sourcing approaches, manage SRM, and push cost optimization while ensuring KPI targets and cross-country synergies. Travel a few times per year.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years experience in indirect procurement in a multinational FMCG setting.
• Proven ability to develop sourcing strategies and lead category initiatives.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and cross-functional projects.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management.
• Global/local market alignment and cost optimization focus.

Responsibilities

• Drive cluster-specific procurement strategies for the Services category.
• Lead a Category team and develop member capabilities.
• Define and execute supplier relationship management and SRM improvements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, facilities, finance for procurement needs.
