The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in procurement with MSP or IT services experience and a proven ability to negotiate contracts, optimize costs, and collaborate with technical and finance teams to align procurement with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in procurement or supply chain roles, with 2+ years in MSP/IT services.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage procurement strategies aligned with service delivery goals.
• Source vendors and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with agreements.
• Manage purchasing processes and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with technical teams to forecast and fulfill procurement needs.
• Optimize inventory levels and oversee asset lifecycle management.
• Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality.
• Support budgeting and financial planning with procurement data.
