Job summary

Enable PH is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Lead (SEO) to join our team in Mandaluyong. The ideal candidate will shape and drive digital campaigns that align with business goals and fuel growth.

You will lead SEO, Google Ads, and SEM initiatives, perform keyword research, optimize content and landing pages, and report performance with data-driven recommendations. Work on-site five days a week with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on Google Ads, SEO, and SEM.
• Ability to work on-site 5 days per week.
• Proven success in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies that drive online visibility, traffic and revenue.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, digital advertising best practices, and tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies with a focus on Google Ads, SEO, and SEM.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and market research for optimization opportunities.
• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of SEO/SEM campaigns with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and team members to integrate SEO into content and pages.
• Stay updated with trends in Google Ads, SEO, and SEM and adopt new tools and strategies.
• Manage budgets to maximize impact of digital initiatives.
• Prepare detailed monthly and weekly performance reports.
