Bayer AG in the Philippines (Taguig) seeks a senior supply chain leader to own country-level demand/supply planning, S&OP, and end-to-end supply chain optimization. You will coordinate with the country leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure stable product availability and efficient operations.

The role focuses on strengthening planning discipline, partnering with commercial teams for launches, and driving improvements in inventory, costs, and service levels within the Consumer Health

Formación

• 10+ years end-to-end supply chain management experience.
• Degree in Engineering or Business; MBA preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
• Based in Philippines.

Responsabilidades

• Consolidate country demand/supply based on business strategy.
• Lead country S&OP (Sales & Operational Planning).
• Drive end-to-end supply chain excellence and efficiency.
• Collaborate across country/network for cost-effective supply chain flow.
• Manage customer service (O2C) and warehouse management as SPOC.
• Represent country in the leadership team as PS representative.
