Job summary

Biopharma Careers in the Philippines seeks a senior Supply Chain leader to act as the single point of contact for Product Supply and country operations. You will consolidate demand and supply, lead S&OP, ensure end-to-end flow, and drive cashflow and service improvements for the country market.

The role requires 10+ years in end-to-end supply chain management, strong English, and the ability to collaborate with commercial, regulatory, QA, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Professional experience: 10+ years End-to-end Supply Chain Management in consumer products or similar industry.
• Excellent English is a must and based in Philippines.
• Ability to lead cross-functional supply chain decisions with commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead country demand/supply consolidation and S&OP in alignment with commercial strategy.
• Drive end-to-end supply chain excellence and optimize inventory and cost.
• Coordinate with regulators, CDM, QA, and logistics to ensure market readiness and on-time launches.
• Manage country stock, allocation, and risk mitigation for supply continuity.
