Job summary

HRTX is seeking an SAP SD/CX Consultant to join our team of experts. You will contribute to blueprinting, solution development, and application support across SAP Sales, CX, and related areas.

You will provide functional and technical SAP support, gather requirements, assess gaps, and develop solutions. Occasional international travel for workshops and training sessions may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years experience in SAP Sales and CX solutions as a functional/technical consultant.
• Knowledge of dependencies and integration with other SAP areas.
• Willing to travel abroad for onshore responsibilities such as workshops and training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide business, functional and technical support on SAP Sales and CX solutions.
• Gather requirements and assess gaps in current business processes and configurations.
• Provide technology consulting to develop alternatives and recommendations.
• Develop solutions for SAP Sales and CX requirements.
• Lead testing and defect resolution of implemented SAP Sales and CX solutions.
• May travel out of the country to drive workshops and training sessions with clients.
