Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with reporting and KPI experience.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in order management, quoting, or sales administration.
• Experience supporting commercial teams with SOPs and reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline data, and customer information.
• Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
• Help standardize and improve sales processes, workflows, policies, and internal controls.
• Coordinate with finance, logistics, customer service, and other departments to support smooth order processing and issue resolution.
• Assist with quotes, sales documentation, contracts, order processing, and related commercial paperwork.
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot process or system issues affecting sales productivity.
• Maintain internal sales documentation, templates, and process references.
